I guess we are passed the half way mark of 2007. Last year we decided not to do a best of and I have no idea if we will do one for this year. Anyway what are some of your favorite or you to whatever horror films this year so far. I have not had the chance to see a lot of the talked about horror films this year like Hatchet or Behind the Mask, one of my favorites was YES Jostel 2 and 28 Weeks Later was good. Of course there was Grindhouse, and I have heard great things about Severance. What else?

i think it'll be hard to come up with 10 good horror movies of this year. the best so far weren't really even that great. i'd imagine RE4 and Steve Miner's Day of the Dead will be better than Behind the Mask, Hostel 2, 28 Weeks.., Grindhouse, etc.. which isn't saying much.

Nothing I think Royce said Roman but that probably is pushing it like Hot Fuzz well we still got a few months but I have a feeling Halloween and Saw IV are not going to blow our socks off.
Here is what I got so far:

Grindhouse sucked. Planet Terror was good but the whole film was more of a novelty.
i can't think of anything off the top of my head but i'm sure Troma and Shock-O-Rama have put out good film this year

Kaw was better than Grindhouse though.. i mean killer crows, because The Amish gave them mad-cow disease! that's fucking gold right there!
hell... most of the bad made for Sci-fi Channel flicks are better than the horror in theaters. they even gave us Pumpkinhead vs the Hatfields and McCoys!

I know but it's funny. I am also kidding about Congo. Royce brought up The Host but he has not seen it yet. I would also like to hear what Molly thinks. There is also The Girl Next Door, Neighborhood Watch and that zombie one Something Transfusion. We may have a list by the end of the year, we will keep tweaking it.
