i cry when i think about women who've never squirted.....it's a bloody shame so many men leave they're women hanging like that. anyways.....
So the Running Man was an awesome Stephen King movie....or should I say Richard Bachman! I used to have The Bachman Books 3 in 1 book. Too bad Stephen King fell off, he used to write some cool stuff

20 Brain Hammer approved Stephen King flicks:
Carrie (1976) 'Salem's Lot (TV miniseries 1979) The Shining (1980) Creepshow (1982) The Dead Zone (1983) Christine (1983) Children Of The Corn (1984) Cat's Eye (1985) Silver Bullet (1985) Stephen King's Nightshift Collection: The Woman In The Room and The Boogeyman (1985) Maximum Overdrive (1986) Stand By Me (1986) Creepshow 2 (1987) The Running Man (1987) It (TV miniseries 1990) The Shawshank Redemption (1994) The Stand (TV miniseries 1994) The Mangler (1995) 'Salem's Lot (TV miniseries 2004) The Mist (2007)
Some are much better than others of course, but all 20 have something going for them that makes me enjoy them. Then there's flicks like Pet Sematary or Graveyard Shift that you might think I would love but for some reason I've never been a big fan of. When looking over his film adaptations I found another 20 flicks of his that I've seen that I thought totally sucked or were disappointing. So out of the mind boggling 40 Stephen King flicks that I've seen I enjoyed 20 of them. Not a bad ratio.

Pet Semetary was awesome. Its sequel was okay. I enjoyed all of King's flicks that I've seen except Quicksilver Highway because it was lame.

I read it but I still like both. I just need to get around to reading The Stand and Carrie.

Hell yeah I've read Pet Semetary! I've read everything King wrote from Carrie through Nightmares And Dreamscapes.
I dunno, I just don't dig the movie. I love the theme song by The Ramones though. Zelda is creepy as hell and it's cool seeing that kid from Full House as a zombie, but I'm not really a fan of that one. I tried to get into Graveyard Shift a while ago, but that movie sucks. It's too bad, because the short story is horrifying as hell! A blind mother rat, the size of a cow, constantly nursing and giving birth to more rats. Fucking flying rats with tails that wrap around your neck!
I was listening to Autopsy "Severed Survival" with my girlfriend the other day and we both thought it would be sick if they made a "Survivor Type" movie and had a dude doing herion and cooking his foot. I still think "The Long Walk" would make a cool movie, as would "Gerald's Game."

Survivor Type is cringe worthy! Fuckin' nasty...I couldn't imagine doing that to myself to stay alive!

Yeah I think we need some newer King movies. Some of the older movies based on his stuff is way too tame. Let's get some gory King movies made!

Most of his work is Made for Tv shit.
BTW, I did like the kid getting ran over by the steamroller in Maximum Overdrive. I just wish blood would've sprayed everywhere.

Yeah I suppose you're right, but think of all the old classics. I wish he'd direct something again, cause Maximum Overdrive is just plain fun.
