"Actually when I was reading his list I was like, man he is old, then I read what you wrote underneath it and was like , oh never mind! <3"

You youngsters lack a sense of film history.  Instead of sitting through some Eli Roth shitfest, seek out a repertory theatre or museum showing NOSFERATU on a big screen with a live organist accompanying it--fucking awesome.

NEAR DARK came out the same year as LOST BOYS, so for that not to make the list while "the 2 Corys" dois shameful.

Go, TIGER BEAT!

I thought we were talking about movies.  That's a music video crossed with a video game.

Children of the Night one of my all-time favorite vampire movie.
Is this the one that starts in the sewer or under water?  I think I saw some of it......
Does it have any relation to the author Dan Simmons, aside from the title?

I must say that I love "Bram Strokers Dracula" but this would be because I fuckin' love Gary Oldman. I'd watch a ten hour movie of him reading the photo book if it came out in theaters. All time favorite actor.

Vamp majorly rocks...dammit, I forgot about that one!  Amanda...if you dig Vamp I highly encourage you to read "Live Girls" by Ray Garton, it is one of the coolest damn vampire stories, ever.  It is actually very similar to Vamp, I think it was published the same year or the year before.  Check it out, I think its better than Vamp, but Vamp does kick ass!

Oh yeah, and I have a friend who hates Near Dark, but loves that Teen Beat Glamour Show, The Lost Boys!  WTF?
