In the next couple of weeks, I'll be announcing a limited theatrical release of SLIME CITY MASSACRE.  We're going to be part of a program that provides content to 50 theaters in the US and 10 in Canada.  That's pretty spectacular for an indie film tehse days.  In the meantrime, the film is out on DVD.  If you happen to see it, and happen to like it, please consider leaving an honest rating on IMDB.  A group of people sank our rating overnight in what appears to be a coup of some sorts.

Sort of, except I'm not involved.  The programmer pitches it to each theater, and they show it or don't.  The extent of my participation will be to find out what cities it plays in, then find a friend/fan to draw up some grass roots business.

If you can, tell them to try Metuchen, NJ. They played Maniac and had the Full Moon moviefest last month. It's a nice town, nice theater, and right near the train.

Anywho that's great news Greg, and yes IMDB is full of faggots. I was wondering if you could tell me what it was like to work with Lloyd Kaufman on Slime City Massacre? His "vlog" on the upcoming DVD for Produce Your Own Damn Movie makes it seem like it was a jolly old time filled with laughs and some enjoyment but for some reason I get the feeling he may have overstayed his welcome.

Really?  He talks about the shoot?  Post a link!  Hey, you could ask Wil, he wa stehre the whole time!  No, I think Lloyd is joking.  He flew in late afternoon, I brought him home to meet my wife and daughter, then a bunch of us took him to dinner, then I went home and all his pOULTRYGEIST friends showed up and genuflected.  Wil and I picked him up the next morning, we shot him against a green screen in an hour or two, then we took off for Rochester to shoot in a soundstage, and our AD took him to lunch and put him on a plane.  He was there less than 24 hours!

Our first booking is at the Carousel Cinemas in Greensboro, North Carolina the week of 10/28 - 11/03.  More to come!  The film's available as a midnight movie, regular screening, week-long engagement, etc.
