Chicago is in the house!
Horror Society will be screening SLIME CITY MASSACRE, probably the weekend of October 22nd & 23rd - which means I can't be there because that's when MY festival is!
The good news is that it looks like they're ALSO going to show the 16m film print of SLIME CITY. Too cool.

Greg, I'm glad to see you'll be reading at Horrorfind this September...let's hope they screen the movie! I'm super stoked that they have Kim Paffenroth reading this year...can't wait to meet him, he is one of my current favs!

You're gay!  The readings are what set this convention a part from the rest of 'em...and really the only reason why I even bother with Horrorfind. I'm more of a Cinema Wasteland guy. Larry, you just read THE FRENZY WAY and KIM is one of your current favorites?!? I like the guy, but I kick asa. Yeah, I really dig Kim's stuff. I also really enjoy the hell outta David Moody. Have you read his Autumn series and/or Hater? I'm looking forward to reading his latest book, Dog Blood. If you haven't checked him out, I highly recommend it. I'm just really stoked to see that the authors line up is awesome for this year! |

Dallas is a fantastic reader, I really enjoy it when he does the conventions. Ed Lee isn't the best at it though...he had Bill Moseley read for him at a con once, that I would've liked to have witnessed!

In Canada once, (blank) bought some custom S & M gear from a friend of mine. The he got scared they'd check his bag at the airport and he'd be all embarrassed. I volunteered to drive it over the border and mailed it to him. Not so much as a "thank you."
