I was kind of surprised to not see this name up here.  I guess it's not that surprising, but if Amy Steel can get credit for her two "slasher" roles then Betsy derserves some recognition as well.  Granted Betsy isn't the most talented "Scream Queen" but she has always been beautiful.  Films include:

Camp Fear
Saw III

You forgot Tomboy, a favorite of USA Up All Night.

Private School is a must for anyone who likes hot girls from the 80s. Betsy Russell and Phoebe Cates are both in their prime in this movie. She was pretty hot in different sort of way. I'm a big fan of Cheerleader Camp. It's by far my favorite movie she was in.

I was waiting for someone to bring up the horse riding scene. That pretty much sums up the highlight of her acting career. Those bouncing boobs make up for any lack of acting talent.

I almost bought Private School once - but decided not to because I didn't feel like spending money at the time.  Kinda wished I did now but I'm sure it'll come across my path, cheaply, again.
