OK, I know this is more of an action flick than horror. But the connection is that Michael Rivera (AKA Mikey Rukus) did the sound track of the below trailer link and also did MY sound track for Pocahauntus (which IS a horror movie). Enjoy.

I'm looking forward to checking out this movie but didn't care much for the trailer. There's tons of aspects that I hate already cause I'm strickly a G1 fan. I honestly don't like the look of the Transformers at all. They look too much like Bionicles and have no emotion what so ever (yea I know they're robots but you can feel the emotion in them from the G1 series and especially the movie). And I can't begin to get into how much I despise the transformation sound. Too me it will and always will be the sound they had in G1. What they have now barely sounds like anything and certainly not a transformation. Regardless of my hates, I will still check this out as I've been wanting a live action film for quite some time.

There was a very War of the Worlds vibe in that trailer. Especially the end.

if you can get passed the product placement, racism and the robots ugliness.. it's not an awful film

i got a bootleg of it cause it's made more money than it deserves. i'm glad i did too because the best part of watching the film was when the arabs in the audience occasionally shouted at the movie in arabic Grin

it was a lot better than I had expected.
It definitely needs to be seen on the big screen to get the full effect, though.

i thought it was pretty damn good, i mean as far as robots turning into machines and back. there were some stupid scenes but i guess they were trying to reach the kids.
