Steve Miner. This has got to be one of the best movies ever made. i'm sure you all know the story;
C. Thomas Howell takes tanning pills to get a black college scholarship, and what unfolds is a cinematic masterpiece. the dinner scene with
Leslie Neilson, where the white people keep invisioning Howell as a black stereotype.. brilliant, it rivals the drunk Superman scene

Superman 3! i can't believe Howell didn't win an Oscar for it;
Howell, in a pimp suit eating a watermelon rine, "go get me my heroin and hypodermic needle bitch! and while you at it.. get me some more watermelon! white fight fat-ass slut.." then looking to Neilson, "whatchoo lookin at?!"

loves black people!"
"mom, dad, there's something i have to tell you... i'm black"
but it's not a mere thrill ride into hilariousy, make no mistake, this film has a strong message; white people are silly!
