Boondock Saints is a great fucking movie. My friends and I saw it before it got all popular, and fucking LOVED IT. Just because Hot Topic gets a hold of something, doesn't mean it's not good anymore.

Shaun of the Dead is awesome but I agree that it is overrated. When it first came out, noone seemed to give a shit. But now that it plays on national television, it seems like everyone is jizzing themselves for it.

See, I meaure all horror comedies against the yardsticks of Braindead and Evild Dead 2 (yes, ED 2 is taking some shit in this thread but I think it's fucking great) and Shaun of the Dead falls well short.

I agree that Dead Alive and Evil Dead 2 are both great horror comedies, but Shaun of the Dead is EASILY up there with them. I remember seeing it my senior year of high school, about three months before it came out on DVD, and loving every fucking second of it! It still makes me laugh out loud whenever I watch it.

These assholes all probably praised it at some point. As soon as "it becomes too popular" these grumblefucks feel the need to complain. I bet if someone made a movie that featured a blonde getting tag teamed by two TRexes (THE BEST FUCKING IDEA FOR A MOVIE EVER.) these chumps would complain the moment they saw other people enjoying it along with them.
