I love the original Evil Dead. I think it is one of the most entertaining and creative horror movies of the 80s. The problem I have with the two sequels is that they went away from being serious and focused on the comedy aspect. That's fine, but I'm not a big horror comedy fan. I know there are legions of fans who prefer the sequels, but I'm not one of them. I guess what I'm trying to say is give me more tree rape scenes.

Agreed.. I cannot stand Army of Darkness especially. Although I haven't seen any since I was like 8  BTW I do like Scarface and Boondock Saints is alright, or did Andrew make that last comment in the other thread this was being discussed. Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead are both super overrated. Now I'm just trying to annoy you. I'd just ignore it  |

Agreed on Haute Tension!!! Also, I know that this will start a backlash, but any Romero fims after Day Of The Dead is completely overrated!!! Also, I agree on Evil Dead, the original rules, but that horror-slapstick crap(2 & 3), is garbage!!
