NINJA ASSASSIN

Just saw it and all I can say is HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

I mean look, you've got to know what you're getting into here. It's a ninja movie. The plot is silly, the dialouge kind of ridiculous, there's just ludacris stuff going on BUT! IT'S A FUCKING NINJA MOVIE!!!! There's so much blood heads limbs arms guts intestines and all other matter of bodily fluid flying around it just becomes a blur of beautiful violence. It's obviously CG blood, a lot like the blood in Planet Terror. It didn't bother me a bit though...and the fights are SICK. There's a ninja fight in the dark where they're only illuminated by a flashlight, so the only time we see them fighting is when the small circle of light hits them. VERY COOL. If you're a ninja fan...or a choppy sockey fan in general, you have NO reason not to see this. It's the best martial arts flick we've had in theaters in a looonnnggg time. Go support it!

The only complaint is that It does take a bit to get going, but trust me, it's worth it, the last 45 minutes more than makes up for any lag time in the beginning.

Oh yeah and this Rain guy does a great job at being a complete and total badass. I hope he makes some cool shit. If this is any indication, and he doesn't start making fucking movies with goddamn rappers, he might be a goddamn action superstar.
