Mr. Boogedy

anyone remember this from the 80's. it was Disney sunday afternoon flick that would air every Halloween that spawned a sequal Bride of Mr. Boogedy. I recently got them both on DVD and shit, the memories just kept flying back to me. its weird to redisoover some lost movie from your childhood. anyone else seen this when they were younger.

I remember the name. For some reason I can't remember the movie though. There was also another one they had with a circus and the ring leader guy breaks that old man's hand. What was that?
