1997 remake of Jackson County Jail, which starred Tommy Lee Jones.  This one stars Ally Sheedy and David Carridine.  Ally is a run away wife leaving her cheating ass husband (this could almost be a Lifetime movie) but is arrested by rednecks and put in jail and is raped but kills her attacker then runs off with David Carridine.
