Well I hope you like it here better they're a bunch of stiff asses over there. Hell to the fuck yes they are! I quit that board a long time ago. I just get sick of boards where people are too wrapped up in horror politics and are Horror snobs if you will. Give me a fucken break.... Horror is a fun genre that I have grown up with and love from the bottom of my lil black heart. I can't stand it when people over anylyze EVERYTHING and totally disect a Horror movie and that's what seems to happen at alot of boards I've been at. Debates are good and entertaining but only when taken lightly. Like I love reading Coffin's and Truant's discussions on things. It cracks me up!! But there are alot of people that are just way too serious and think thier shit don't stink. Horroryearbook rules because the people here are genuine intelligent horror fans and are fun people and you can debate with them if you want and everything is cool. It's like a lil home here and people don't judge you or not respond to you or SLAM you because of your opinions. I would much rather post here and give props to this site than anyone else. Will, yall are doing a good job. It just takes time. Oh well that's my 2 cents |

( Take that as your my fav boardie.  ) I totally agree with you, so many people are alienated by themselves or others on what to like, how to like it, and what not to like. Ironically I join horror boards becuase i can use Horror references in a useful way, telling jokes. As soon as somebody starts to pull out a "your a newb becuase you like ___ and it was directed by___" I pull out of that thread like it had herpes. * except Uwe Bolle, ughhhhh!!!!! |
