Here is the newest Richard L. E-mail to me. This is after he e-mailed me bitching about this thread and I asked him if he was going to sue me.

Am I going to sue you?  I don't think I have grounds to sue you.  In the
registration you have a disclaimer in your registration that keeps you safe
from legal action from what is posted.  HOWEVER, you also have this
paragraph in there:

person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any

CoffinRock posing as me has violated 14 of those 15 guidelines.  You have
been made aware of that (not that you needed to be) and have failed to do
anything about it. 

I still don't think I have grounds to sue you even though you are grossly
incompetent.

However, and this is crux, do you consider coffinrock your friend?  She is
in an unstable marriage with three kids and one on the way and has put
herself in a position where she can be sued.  So what do you do?  Do you
stand by and watch your message board start to die again as she drives
people away and then ends up getting sued?  Or do you do something
pro-active to make the majority of your members happy for once, and save
someone who suffers from bi-polar disorder and is not able to think
straight?

It is in your hands.  Do what you feel is best.
