I'm not entirely confident with my pick, I'm thinking either New Nightmare or Nightmare on Elm Street 2. They were the only other two that were scary without alot of the camp.
What do you guy's think?

#3 Dream Warriors Hands down the best sequel. Marked the triumphant return of Heather Lagenkamp as Nancy and John Saxon as her father. It was also the first sequel that took dreams into account (with the powers) and not just nightmares. Plus, Freddy was just starting his cheesy antics so he wasn't that off the wall. A good story, great death scenes (almost every one could be turned into it's own thread and discussed, puppet is my favorite), and a great cast including Patricia Arquette. HANDS DOWN! P.S. I've definitely seen it more than a few times. Actually I haven't seen it in quite some time now. My copy is in California and it's one of two that my video store doesn't have. Is it possible to have Freddy withdrawls?
