Well unless you're rich, it's the most affordable way to read comics.  I don't really give a shit about collecting comics, I just like to read them from time to time, so ten bucks for like.. 8 of them as opposed to what?  32 bucks? for singles.  Give me a break.

i just picked up issue 1 today, and it's pretty awesome so far. looks like they're gonna be bringing alice, jacob and tommy jarvis into the mix. not so sure about the pentagon trying to harness freddy's power to assasinate terrorists in they're sleep, but i'll give it a chance.

They bring back more than that. They bring back everyone who ever fought Freddy or Jason and lived! Alice Johnson, her son that Freddy tried to be born through, The chick from Friday part 7, and Jason Goes to Hell. Pretty cool it is like a Elm Street and Friday Dream Team with Ash thrown in the mix. I wish it were longer than 6 issues.
