He’s under a great deal of pressure to select someone as qualified as John McCain’s running mate, Sarah Palin.
Gruesome’s campaign faltered somewhat when a book about his life (and death) experiences was published in January. Unfortunately, it was published as a small press, Limited Edition Hardcover (39 copies are still available:

After a campaign shakeup, it was announced that Medallion Press will publish JOHNNY GRUESOME as an affordable Trade Paperback on October 1st (Only $10.85 on Amazon:
