Sanctuary is like a poor man's Buffy where some scientist helps monsters across the world. They have a Bigfoot butler, and her daughter is some Buffy type blonde who rides a motorcycle and kicks ass (no special powers though). It's okay, I watched the first season and most of the second on Netflix Watch instantly. It's still available if you want to watch it.
The third season is currently airing on Syfy.
