Not counting remakes, but sequels/prequels to remakes count. Please post what you dislike about them.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation - Not too bad until Renee Zellweger was captured by the crazy bitch. At that point the whole film became just a bunch of dumb incomprehensible trash that was just horrible. And this Leatherface was the worst looking at that point.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning - My least favorite of the whole TCM series. It had no atmosphere for seemingly the whole film. and Thomas Hewitt is even lamer in this movie. Not scary whatsoever and a prime example of why all the douches at Platinum Dunes should all be lynched.

Nightmare On Elm Street 5: The Dream Child - The worst of the series in my opinion. There was too much camp, Jacob was a tard at the end, and the best kill happens to Dan near the beginning of the movie, leaving the rest of the kills lackluster.

Friday the 13th Part 5: A New Beginning - With the killer being Roy instead of Jason, it took away some of the effect on me. Plus it just feels akward throughout. Not a truely bad movie, but definently my least favorite from the series.

Saw V - Boring and slow. But at this point in the series, I expected nothing less. Same shit different day.

Halloween Resurrection - Awful, boring, no really cool kills, Busta Ryhmes, worst chase scene ever in a horror flick that I have ever seen.

Creepshow III - Nothing in common with the previous 2 besides the title and truely awful stories, the worst being the first.

Sorority House Massacre 2 - Regarded as "the best in series" hardly strikes a note with me.  I thought the first film was amazing and when it was followed up with this pile I felt a little insulted.  The first film actually had an atmosphere and this one just had stupid bitches wearing the sluttiest things they could possibly find.  Not even so bad it's good...just bad.

The Exorcist III - Really?  People thought this film was scary?  I don't get it, although I never got why The Exorcist was such a big deal so I suppose this one is lost on me.  I've never seen the second one, but all I know is I wasted my money on this one, why waste it on another shitty sequel.

Wishmaster 2 - This one was just really disappointing to me.  I was a huge fan of the first film and when this one failed to hit the mark I was let down, to say the least.  In fact, aside for the "go fuck yourself" part this film has no redeemable qualities in my opinion.  The only thing that pops into my head besides that scene is the horribly fake leg the roulette wheel of death takes off.

I could probably babble about this all night, but I'll leave the topic open for now.

Forgot Seed of Chucky. It was way too campy and there was no real horror in it at all. The best part of it was Tiffany and that shouldn't be.

Dark Harvest 2: Doesn't have a damn thing to do with the first flick and there is a killer scarecrow on the cover that isn't in the movie whatsoever.

Nightmare on Elm Street: Freddy's Dead: Freddy's full on cartoon persona took effect making him officially a joke. My four year old niece watches this shit.

Scream 3: Took everything that was good about the first flick and shit all over it.

Jason Goes to Hell: Who the fuck thought making Jason Voorhees into a demonic spirit was a good idea?

Seed of Chucky: Way too corny and too much Jennifer Tilly. I'm actually glad the series is getting remade.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation: Leatherface as a tranny? Matthew Maconahay playing a psycho with robotic appendages? Renee Zellweger?  Why not have the whole thing set in outer space  while we're at it?

Halloween H20: This was supposed to make up for the last couple of sub par sequels in the franchise by marking the return of Laurie Strode. What it was was a lame ass movie bogged down by the pre-teen friendly horror flick movement at the time. Plus LL Cool J.

Halloween Resurrection: Making "Halloween H20" seem better by comparison, it's "Halloween Resurrection"! From the retarded intro to following a bunch of jackasses shooting a web show, this movie is full of fail. And let's not forget that Myers gets his ass handed to him by none other than Busta Rhymes.

Jason Takes Manhattan..about as scary as the muppets. the cartoonish violence and the nonexistent gore really piss me off. Wes Cravens' New Nightmare.. takes place in real life as Freddy starts tearin up the set of the latest Elm Street movie....YAWN...

Just about all of A Nightmare on Elm Street sequels...with the exception of part 3.  The Dream Child was so crappy, it made my teeth hurt.   Tongue

The Halloween sequels after part 3.

The Hills Have Eyes part 2  -original and remake, or re-imagined version, whatev... both are f'n terrrrrrible.

Friday the 13th Jason Takes Manhattan sucks on all levels...with the exception of the head punch-off!

Every Saw sequel.

That is all I have in my head right now...

I kind of like those flicks...I love the beginning of the one where you see the giant field of men on upside down crosses. I forget which flick is which.

Leprachaun In Space - WTF?Huh

Amityville 4: The Evil Escapes - Something about a lamp of doom or something like that.  Patty Duke is the most interesting part of this film, and let's face it...she's not that interesting.

The Howling; New Moon Rising - Did someone shoot this with a home video recorder?  I swear they just played this movie straight through the script and recorded right on VHS.  It's supposed to have a link to Howling V: The Rebirth and there is a returning character, but other than that nothing redeamable.

Retro Puppet Master - Now there's a horrible idea.  Let's set the puppet master series in the late 1800's and turn it into a sort of a prequel.  I think there were already too many of these movies, but this one out did any cheese that this series had put out before it.

Agreed.

Disagreed...The Night of the Living Dead death scene made the rest of the film way more than worth it.
