I may as well just wipe my own ass with dollar bills but im still buying any old Horror on VHS. For some reason it seems more satisfying than bying DVD. Every time I tell myself I will never see any for sale again, I stumble across a Shit-ton of 'em and I have to buy 'em.  Although I am starting to wonder what I am going to do with all of 'em. I have a real hunger for Universal Classic Monsters. I need the Invisible man series and the Creature sequels and a lot of the random titles.

My rule is I only buy it on VHS if it is less than $1 or not available on DVD. I have a problem buying movies but not only on VHS.

I still buy them too. There's just something about an old ass VHS tape that kicks ass. And even though my vcr sucks balls and they're always scrambly I keep buying them.

Yea. I think James Rolfe (aka the Angry Video Game Nerd) said it best that watching stuff on out of date technology is so interesting that it's just awesome. He also collects tons of vhs, laserdiscs, film and other stuff.

I wrote an article on this. Seems VHS is making some type of comeback, though it may be short lived.

I usually will buy them for $1 or less. I think the last one I bought was Suspiria. I also got Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me on vhs for $1. Random shit I find.
