I just tried posting this as a comment on Brain Hammer's post, but it isn't coming up so I'll just post it here I guess:
Hey Brain Hammer, way to go man. Great reviews. I remember the first time I saw Sleepaway Camp. I was 18? Maybe 19, and a friend told me I HAD to pick up the 3 disc set. So I popped in what appeared to be a mediocre slasher. Instead.. what I got was everything that you just described, as well as one of the first times in my adulthood, a horror movie caused me to gasp in disbelief and sleep with the lights on. If you know me, you know I've watched a lot of horror movies in my time, but wow. I remember getting everyone I knew to watch it, and it got a lot of similar reactions from my buddies. Has to be one of the most shocking endings to a movie EVER.
Anyways, great reviews, great movies. As usual, Well done, Sir!
