Netflix Review: It's Alive

I recently watched all three its Alive films back to back and i must say it wasn't a bad series. Larry Cohen really knows his horror comedy genre, and he had a great style all his own. it wasn't evil dead horror comedy or splatstick but almost honest. like he wasn't trying to be goofy with the material. one of my favorites by him is the Stuff. great film and i recently got it on DVD. also anyone hear about the remake of Its Alive? i haven''t heard anything in awhile.
