Crazy Update:Looks like Matty's fantasy world is crashing down around him and I would like to take a little credit for it's crumble. He is not happy about another article being written about him and he has his fake lawyers all poised and ready to take us all down again. I can picture him in a pair of panties yelling at his stuffed bear pretending it is his legal team. The funny thing about this line:
"My family is off limits-and will remain that way." is that he is the one who always drags his "dying" son into an argument when things get a little rough for him. Oh poor Pletchy reality sucks and welcome back to it.

Absolutely Amazing
So, yesterday I got an email. The email came from a purported journalist who proceeded to tell me about a story that is going on some website about yours truly, called The Story Of A Desperate Man.
Over the past 2 days, I have received a half dozen harassing emails from her questioning my divorce 12 years ago-calling it my "recent divorce" and talking about the "allegations" surrounding it....I think she is talking about the allegation that my ex wife cheated, but who knows-that was a long time ago-and I have tried to forget that horrible year being married to her.
Then she made a claim that I was once incarcerated and had stabbed an inmate during that incarceration. Of course-this was news to me, having never been incarcerated, and having my last physical altercation dating way back to 8th grade with a guy named Garth Yore, who pretty much beat my ass-we became friends afterward-but that was 26 years ago.
Then she started talking about my son. She stated that one of my associates had told her my son was fine and that his heart surgery was a year and a half ago-and she knew my son's name. That is when I started to get a bit pissed off.
My family is off limits-and will remain that way. She then started talking about my pending litigation against my son's former pediatrician-the guy who misdiagnosed him for 8 months, nearly killing him-and ruining his only kidney-causing the necessity of a future kidney transplant, when his kidney finally gives up. Of course, she didn't seem to know of my son's condition called 22Q11 Chromosomal Deletion-also called DiGeorge Syndrome-so she in essence tried to tell me that my son was fine-when we never sleep as we watch him all night every night to make sure he is still breathing-but wait it gets better.
She also proceeded to tell me that my attorney(who has never heard of her) has been sharing the details of my relationship with my attorney-and any moron knows that an attorney is i mmediately disbarred for violating attorney client priv. So at this point-I am starting to get a bit steamed.
She then proceeds to tell me that I had a meeting with Disney Executives-something I would never do-as anyone in the business knows they are impossible to deal with. But get this-she says she is talking with real Disney Company executives who claim that I talked them into flying to Chicago to meet with me, and made them meet me at a Starbucks of all places-and that when I arrived I told them I had my "driver" drop me off down the street for some reason.
So, throughout all of this-she tells me that a guy who is her source has been telling her all of this stuff-and that he has shared text messages with her that I sent. Now, anyone who knows me, knows that I don't do text messaging-and I got to thinking. The only person I have texted is Mike Coonce. So, anyway-she outed that source-and then she outed her other source by name -Kenneth Holm of "dorkgasm", the guy who alr eady libeled me online and continues to do so.
So, I just thought I would give everyone all of the names involved, The purported Journalist goes by the name Emily Moses-her email address is
moses.emily@yahoo.com If anyone knows who she is, if that is her real name, or who she "writes" for. There is a major reward in it for you if you get me her corporate information, and her whereabouts. Our attorneys are interested in reading her "article" and I am most interested in learning all I can about her-and her relationship to those mentioned above. Of course we intend to take action against all of them. To date, Mike Coonce has put up 4 myspace pages and a facebook page disparaging me, and everyone knows what Ken Holm wrote about me. We will be putting out a full press release when her stuff "goes to print" with full rebuttal, and have already begun legal action based on what she has told us.
Stay tuned here-as the following are going on now-Mike has cut me from the trailer, exce pt for a voice over, and is now marketing the film with only Erica Leehrsen as the star-which is in direct breach of my contract with the film company. The grievance with SAG is ongoing, and that fact has been added to it. Ms. Moses, Mr. Holm, and Mike are all named in the civil suit for slander/libel, as will be all of Ms. Moses' sources, whom are all fabricating their stories-all of which will be addressed when we put out our press release.
