Here's what Charles Band said on his facebook page: "Prison may be out on DVD & if not, it will be soon!"

Based on that comment, I naturally assumed Band was putting it out, but a quick look on DVD Aficionado says that MGM owns it, which means he may have some knowledge that MGM is putting out on their MOD Program soon.

It stars Viggo Mortensen and he's in prison and a bunch of gory, crazy supernatural shit happens and it's awesome. The big black from Friday is in it and it's directed by Renny Harlin who also did NOES 4, Die Hard 2, Deep Blue Sea, and A Long Kiss Goodnight.
