I dont like the whole Bank Robbery, hostage Taking, Home Foreclosure angle. Would it have been difficult to keep the original story line (or lack of one) and update the characters and settings. This one suffers from "David Hess syndrome" there is no way to replace IKE and ADDLEY. Holden Mcguire and Billy ray Mcquade.

When this comes out I am planning on going to see this with my brother and our Mother. We used to watch the original together and repeat all the lines and LAUGH OUR ASSES OFF. One day we were watching and my oldest Sister FREAKED OUT and demanded we stop watching and start protesting movies like it. We told her to SHUT THE FUCK UP and continued to enjoy....Hope the keep the whole QUEENY shock ending........

This is a complete bastardization. But I like Darren Lynn Bousman, and he showed he could make a good movie with "Repo: The Genetic Opera". However, "Mother's Day" is too sick and doesn't fit at all with his overtly slick direction. Then again, maybe he'll go for a different style in this one from what we are used to from him. Will be interesting to see.
