I don't think I'll see this. I liked High Tension, but really hated The Hills Have Eyes.
Actually, once it's out on dvd, or a descent screener surfaces I'll probably watch it just for fun 

Now you've gotten me interested in Cabin Fever. I thought it looked like shit when it came out, and wasn't the biggest fan of the Hostel movies (1 wasn't good, but everyone hates it too much. 2 just sucked) so I figured I wasn't missing anything. I might have to get a copy now

Get it, its much better than the Hostel movies.  Yeah, I guess you can definitely say that its a mixed bag...but its worth the watch.  Much different than Hostel.

for Ajas third outing not bad. however the possessed nun was a bit retarded.

It would have been great to see Bruce Campbell show up when the "demon" starts running all over the place at the end. Kiefer hears a shotgun cocked, turns around and there is Ash. Certainly would have been an entertaining cameo.

There.

Basically the backstory is that there was a young girl who was possessed, she was taken to this hospital for treatment. The doctor put her in a small space enclosed that was surrounded by mirrors. The demon left her and went into the mirrors, every since the then the mirrors have been looking for her. That's the clue Kiefer finds early in the movie and it's referenced a couple times when the mirrors mentioned esseka or whatever the girls name is.

SO Kiefer tracks down this little girl, now an adult and a nun. He takes her back to the burned out department store and into that same enclosed space with the mirrors. Big special effects ensue, explosions, Kiefer goes back in the room to find the nun, she is now possessed since all the demons have left the mirrors back into her. A small fight happens in which Kiefer gets the shit kicked out of him until he ends up killing her. There are more explosions and Kiefer ends up dying, but we don't realize this til after he walks out of the building and all the EMS people are ignoring him, he realizes something is up and goes down the street to a store and he has no reflection the mirror. Cue credits.

There ya go. lol
