Now, I have never been an ardent fan of the zombie movie, but I DO own a collection of them, with the intent of never adding to it, because I never anticipated there would ever be yet another zombie movie that would entice me. Well, I was wrong. This EATERS has a look, and a vibe, and a feel I can get behind, and, perhaps, some of you guys can, too. Check out the poster way below. Grossest poster I have EVER seen.

This does look good. I added it to the main site. Here are two more pics I dug up from BD. This zombie kind of looks like Cory from Slime City Massacre!

I'm amazed, this is the first zombie movie since the DAWN OF THE DEAD remake that I'm actually looking forward to seeing when it hits DVD! This is on my blog. I had one called, DVD NEWS WATCH, deleted it, found that I missed it, and am in the process of resurrecting it. This flick has already on it, in spades.
Even though that poster is gross as hell, I like it, and hope it's the DVD cover.
UPDATE: Will, ignore the 2nd comment I made about the flick on the front page. I double posted by mistake. For some reason the site wouldn't allow the security code I kept putting in, even though I was putting it in correctly, and then when it did, it said I had already commented. Damn technology. I hate computers. Let's all go back to pen and paper.

It's not sad that you're looking forward to this flick...it actually looks good. It's sad that you were looking forward to the Dawn of the Dead (remake)...what an awful piece of shit that was. You have to remember I'm not a zombie fan per say, not even of Romero's trilogy, but I can't help but like the remakes of his first two flicks. I just do. Too bad that DAY OF THE DEAD remake wasn't any good.

Nightmare is insane in the head! I love the original Dawn of the Dead but the remake was also great!

The original Dawn of the Dead is one of my favorite flicks of all time but I still thought the remake was OK. Maybe the should have just renamed it Mall of the Dead or something.

The Dawn of the Dead remake was cool for three reasons, one..Box truck splatting zombies, two..Suped up ambulance chainsaw carnage, and three..the island ending tribute to Zombie.

See, I enjoyed the Night of the Living Dead (remake). I can't tell you why, but I did. As far as the Dawn of the Dead (remake) goes, the only part I enjoyed was the fat bitch coming to as a zombie and running like mad only to get impaled with a fire poker in the eye...that it. The Day of the Dead (remake), well...uhhh. Nick Cannon pretending to be a badass...doubty.
I absolutely adore the original trilogy and have enjoyed Romero's latest zombie films more than I've enjoyed any of the remakes of his films. Romero does it better and that's just the way it is.
