The guy who is remaking it sounds great, if that means he will make a good film or not is yet to be seen....

Its decent for what it is but it can certainly use a remake.  I think its one of those films that warrants one.

No seriously listening to Alan Rowe Kelly talk would make anyone excited. Just check out his IMDB listing -->

I'm not much of a fan of the original. It's kind of boring.

This is one of those ideas that could either be fantastic or a kick to the balls terrible. I really like the original for it's weird characters and great setting, but a remake is not the worst thing in the world as long as they get creative in terms of characters and plot. I would watch it.

Yeah, this one could have potential.  The first has a very slow pace,  but it has a good atmosphere.

I hope this remake is good. I liked the first one. It was kind of slow moving so maybe this one will pick up the pace.

After seeing The Blood Shed I'm having mixed feelings. I'm going to check out a few of his other movies and see how they are.

The problem I have with remakes of these kind of movies is that part of what made the original so likable is that you could see many of these characters being played by non actors. It feels as if they were not acting and this was who part of who they really were. The best example of this is 2000 Maniacs vs. 2001 Maniacs. In the original, you felt these actors could live like this. in 2001, they were so damn fake.

You should all rent The Blood Shed and then you will know what to expect from this remake. Lord-Infernus loves it!
