Damn...slow zombies are creepy as hell, and fast zombies are scary as hell!  This is a tough question!

i think if they were dead before they were zombies they would be rotten enough to be slow. if they were alive first.. yea in shape & running.. unfortunatly they never get that detailed and combine the 2 types very often.

so.. i'm going with slow walkers. cause to me it's scarier if you know if have a chance to get away from them if you're lucky. runners you're just fucked and may as well sigh then let em eat you. plus the slow ones are easy to catch and you can fuck with em.

Slow works way better.  It just doesn't make any sense to me when dead people run.

Looks like a tie so far. I like either as long as they do them well.

Fast zombies are scary as fuck, but slow zombies are more realistic.

Anything that's trying to eat me is scary.

At least a fast zombie kills you faster.  Imagine a shit load of slow moving zombies slowly tearing you apart.  A human wouldn't come apart as easy as the Romero movies.  It'd be a lot slower, and a lot suckier.

slow zombies always move faster in masses and they make fewer mistakes.

faster zombies do move faster than slower zombies, but they can also make mistakes.  For example, they can over shoot their victim.  they could stumble also.

plus, zombies have rigor mortis.  if rigor mortis could run, it would run like a person who had each limb in a cast.
