For Coffin,

Kim Manners producer of 160 X-Files’ episodes and the director of the CW’s Supernatural died on January 25 of complications from lung cancer. He was 58.

He also worked on Charlie’s Angels, Simon & Simon, 21 Jump Street, and was nominated for four Emmys.

He left behind his wife, Marline; his daughters, Jessica and Chelsea and his brother Kelly, who works on Joss Whedon’s new show Dollhouse.
