Since I’ve kind of skimmed down the tracks a bit (or better yet cheated all of you out of a 11), I’m giving you my treat for Halloween – 2 bonus tracks have been added to the player below. The final three tracks are from the movies Gutterballs, Predator, and Tenebre and all of them are themes from their respective titles. Sorry, if I’m late putting this up. I had a costume party last night and I just now got back home – yeah, it was one of those nights.
So, without future ado, play these tracks at your parties, get drunk, dress up, get drunk some more, and have a good time!

In this week’s episode we get the aftermath of Vicki’s new life as a vampire. Damon and Stefan give her obviously very contradicting views of how she should act. Stefan tries to teach her his way of a life as a vampire. He gives her animal blood and encourages her to stay in the house, away from people, especially crowds. Damon on the other hand, encourages her to drink human blood, an idea that Vicki is thrilled with. After being cooped up all day, Damon takes her out of the house and they end up back at Vicki’s house. Matt can tell there’s something seriously wrong with her, but he assumes it’s drugs. Elena begs Vicki to stay away from Jeremy since she can’t be trusted to control her urges. Vicki uses her new found powers to shut Elena up and show her whose boss. Vicki meets up with Jeremy at their school’s Halloween party, where there is a crowd of open veins calling to Vicki. Elena and Stefan try to get her out of there before anyone is hurt, but with a hungry, restless newborn vampire on the loose that might be too much to ask.

I normally stay indoors on Halloween, but this year I’m going to head on over to the Horror Yearbook headquarters in Philly for a drunken Halloween party. I hope you all have a great Halloween this year!

Welcome back to Terror Tracks to Halloween! With Halloween almost here, I’m going to be lighting the mood up with some Jerry Goldsmith and The ‘burbs. Yeah, that quirky dark comedy horror hit with Tom Hanks and Bruce Dern. RIP Henry “Dr. Klopek” Gibson.

It took four years for the “8 Films to Die For” series to finally add a nice mix of films. After Dark just announced that the fifth movie for their festival is the Zombie/Comedy, ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction.
ZMD will join Clive Barker’s Dread, The Graves, Lake Mungo and Hidden in theaters January 29, 2010.
“The film is set in “ZMD,” a conservative island community that’s under attack. Port Gamble, Washington is being overrun with brain eaters, and the people seem powerless to stave them off. A rag tag band of rebels led by Frida (Janette Armand), an Iranian college student suspected of being an Iraqi terrorist, and Tom (Doug Fahl), a gay business man who has returned to town with his partner to come out to his mother, tries to turn the tide and push the invading hoards of undead back.”

This may be the most disturbing thing I have ever posted about on Horror Yearbook — Robert Pattinson underwear! The first few images that came to my mind when I saw them could have potentially landed me in jail. However, the thoughts of 16-year-old girls running around in Pattinson panties were quickly cut short by the thoughts of Twilight fans like, Nutty Madam, stretching poor Robby’s mouth over her Va-Jay-Jay! I actually puked in my mouth a little.
I don’t know where you can buy a pair of these underwear, because I’m honestly too physically ill to do any research, but you may want to check the Robert Pattinson Blog for more info.

The Fourth Kind is kind of like this year’s Paranormal Activity about aliens with a bigger budget. and starring Resident Evil’s Milla Jovovich. Below we have three clips from the film a huge picture gallery for your enjoyment! So enjoy them or else…
In 1972, a scale of measurement was established for alien encounters. When a UFO is sighted, it is called an encounter of the first kind. When evidence is collected, it is known as an encounter of the second kind. When contact is made with extraterrestrials, it is the third kind. The next level, abduction, is the fourth kind. This encounter has been the most difficult to document…until now.

Here is our last interview from this year’s Exxxotica convention in NJ. Jessica Drake is a Wicked “contract star” who has starred in the horror/porn film Camp Cuddly Pines Powertool Massacre and the new Sc-Fi movie 2040.
Wicked Pictures is known for making high quality porn movies that are “feature” driven aka porn with a story. In the video below Drake tells us about her new film and what it means to be a Wicked Pictures’ “contract star.”

Welcome back to Terror Tracks to Halloween! We are on day 4 of 6! We’re getting close to the top spot. I know, I know that this isn’t technically horror – yet it has the elements of a creature feature! Starship Troopers, the big hunt is on!
Horror-Movies.ca just posted a trailer for a new Chilean Zombie flick called Blind Dead. I hate to be rude or judge a movie without seeing it, but the trailer looks like some home video of grown men playing paintball.
The flick is currently in post-production and hopes to be finished before the end of this year. Check it out and let me know if I’m being too harsh (Your opinion doesn’t count if you helped make the film).

There have been very few times in my life that I wished I was in L.A. but this is one of them. Brutal Cinema is presenting Lucio Fulci’s classic Zombi 2, in glorious 35mm, along with the recent critically acclaimed send up of Italian cannibal flicks, Isle of the Damned. The event is taking place at the Downtown Independent Theatre (251 S. Main Street Los Angeles, CA 90012) on Saturday, November 7th @ 9pm.
Isle of the Damned director Mark Colegrove, and composer Paul Joyce will be in attendance.

After many rumors, director changes and misfires Dimension Films still won’t let the Hellraiser remake die. Now word comes that they plan to jump on the 3-D bandwagon with the franchise.
Variety reports that Pinhead is the newest horror icon making the 3-D plunge, and Weinstein is also moving ahead on the previously announced Halloween 3-D, once director Patrick Lussier completes work on another project. They should just bite the bullet and make it Pinhead VS. Myers in 3-D… In space!

While there has been no big news regarding The Lost Boys 3: The Bite since it was announced that Jamison Newlander would be returning, Corey Feldman did let STYD know a few new boring details.
A definite contender amongst current indie zombie pictures. Deadlands 2: Trapped brings the utmost feeling of dread and loathing back from what has been long missed from the genre and was a long time overdue. Though powerful in dark tones and introducing a deep hate for the government bodies, this zombie outbreak film over induces on bland dialogue, pointless scenes and the uses of film noir shadows; none of these issues can be easily ignored. Yet, there is hope for numerous scenes scattered with in the duration and that is enough to satisfy a true fan of a subgenre we call home.

Another day, another terror track! This one comes from Goblin, who we SHOULD all know well and love, right? Don’t let me catch you not knowing who Goblin is or I will string you up by your toe nails. With that being said, here is the theme from Dario Argento’s Deep Red. The title is called Profondo Rosso and it is typical Goblin Italiano trash and I love every bit of it and now you can share my love for it too!
