Wolfman director Joe Johnston told Boxoffice.com that “there is going to be a Jurassic Park IV!”

Even though I was disappointed that writer John Sayles’ script featuring a military force of dino-human crossbreeds was shot down, perhaps it was for the best.

“It breaks away from the first three—it’s essentially the beginning of the second Jurassic Park trilogy,” continued Johnston. “It’s going to be done in a completely different way. That’s pretty much all I can tell you.”

Johnston is currently working on the Captain America movie, so it is unclear how much involvement he may have with the film or when it will happen. We will of course keep you updated.
