Charlie Sheen’s The Wraith: Special Edition Arrives in March!

I’m very excited to announce that Lionsgate is releasing The Wraith: Special Edition on DVD March 2, 2010. The Wraith stars Charlie Sheen, Randy Quaid and Clint Howard. The action-packed film tells the story of a mysterious figure seeking vengeance on a gang that’s been terrorizing a small town and includes music from some of Rock-n-Roll’s greatest legends including Ozzy Osbourne, Mötley Crüe, Robert Palmer and Billy Idol.

No cover art yet, but the press release promises it will feature “fresh packaging”… Hopefully it won’t be too crappy like the awful Night of the Creeps DVD art. Special features include, audio commentary, interviews with writer/director Mike Marvin (Sunstorm) and Clint Howard along with a featurette on the Dodge M4S that was used in the film.

This and Maximum Overdrive were my Grandpa’s two favorite horror flicks when I was a little kid.
