I’m sorry, maybe it is because I’m not a teen girl, but I just can’t get into Anya Marina’s Satellite Heart from the New Moon soundtrack. Why do all the songs for the Twilight Saga have to be so slow and depressing? Do the characters in the books ever have any fun? Or is it all brooding all the time?
Anywhoo here is the music video for the song. It is basically Marina walking around the woods in a hoodie. Is this the kind of stuff Twilight fans like?
Der! Hello – Stupid comment really – obviously you haven’t bothered to read the book. New Moon is depressing because Edward leaves Bella, and she’s sooooo depressed, pretty much suicidal, hence the depressing tunes, but great all the same. It would have been a bit strange to write happy tracks to a sad story. And, no – Twilight fans don’t like to be sad and depressed, that’s why we probably all flicked through the pages of New Moon to see if, and when, Edward would reappear.
