Welcome back to Terror Tracks to Halloween, the 2009 edition. We are at number 5 of 6 on the countdown. I started you off with a more mainstream film, Cape Fear, and now I’m bringing you back to the Indie scene, the Italian Indie scene with the theme from Lucio Fulci’s Zombie (aka Zombi 2).

This is really a haunting classic. It resembles a little bit of what Goblin use to do for Dario Argento and his films. If you listen to the track without the film, you wouldn’t expect it to fit a zombie genre stud, but once put with the film, you automatically make the connection that it is rightfully where it belongs. And, now, without further ado…
