The last time we mentioned the Dark Night of the Scarecrow DVD release was when writer J.D. Feigelson had informed us on the broken down negotiations with Image Entertainment, but I can happily report today that things seem to be back on track.

Feigelson sent us an E-mail over the weekend telling us that he recently met with Lionsgate in L.A. and “that contract negotiations are going smoothly and quickly.” Nothing is 100% official but it does look promising that we still might see a DNOTS DVD in 2010. We will definitely keep you updated on this one.
