Paranormal Activity 2?
With the sleeper success of Paranormal Activity, there is talk of a sequel among the head hanchos of Paramount Studios. Paranormal Activity is looking at making over $100 million at the box office – a quick and hefty sum considering its limited release.
This may or may not be a good idea. For one, you can not rush a sequel to successful originals. It just hurts the studios and, most of all, the audiences’ eyes, causing any sequel after that to be condemned to a horrible box office fate. Secondly, just because you have the rights to the movie, doesn’t mean you have to make a sequel – just some food for thought.

Descent 2 New Pictures and Video Clip!
I thoroughly enjoyed the 2005 creature feature flick Descent by Neil Marshall. It was claustrophobic and terrifying! I haven’t kept up much with its sequel The Descent Part 2 for much of the reason that Marshall will not return to helm.
New pictures and a video clip have arrived for your viewing pleasure. If you had over to the UK site, http://www.thedescent2.co.uk/, you can see what I mean. I expect much of the same as the original but that necessarily means it’ll be a bad thing, right?

Poster for Cabin Fever 2!
Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever has been plagued (get it?) with many set backs and delays. Finally, a few days ago we obtained the sequel’s poster. Did anyone else like the Eli Roth rookie film? It was kind of odd and didn’t really seem much like a horror movie but more of a movie like Outbreak just with more gore and nudity.
I admit, I’m a bit interested. I’ve heard so much about Cabin Fever 2 and seen interesting pictures that it has peaked interesting and it also might be because it has been long overdue for a sequel? I don’t know, I couldn’t tell you why this strange occurrence is happening with me. Maybe the sight of Eli Roth in Grindhouse and Inglourious Basterds and viewing his Hostel movies gave me some kind of eagerness to see a sequel he is not directing…don’t ask me.

“I Love Sarah Jane” – A Zombie Film.
How’d this pass my eye? Posted in the summer of 2008, a short film entitled “I Love Sarah Jane” from the UK is very delightful piece about young kids living in a apocalyptic zombie world. The production looks professional, the acting seems professional, the effects are fantastic…the question is, why isn’t this a feature???
