Dimension Films plan to re-release Halloween 2 in theaters on October 30 only raises the question, “Why are there not any horror films schedule on Halloween in the first place?”
Perhaps the studios were nervous that people would be busy with Halloween parties and wouldn’t be going to the movies that weekend, or maybe they were scared off by Saw VI? I have no idea, but I’m definitely not sure how many people are dying to see Halloween 2 on the big screen again. It already opened to a disappointing weekend in August, and it didn’t seem very well received by the people who already saw it. So who does Dimension think is going to see it next weekend?
Do you think Dimension’s plan to re-release Halloween 2 will work or fail?
After a disappointing opening weekend Rob Zombie’s film eventually grossed an estimated $32 million domestically.

Epic Fail!!!
