There has been a lot of talk about Ashley Green and her new horror film Summer’s Moon on Horror Yearbook lately. And although I think it has just been an excuse to post pictures of Greene in a bikini, here is the trailer and official synopsis for those of you who are actually interested in the film.
Director Lee Demarbre’s (Smash Cut, Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter) Summer’s Moon arrives on DVD November 10, 2009.
Hardened teenager Summer (Ashley Greene – The Twilight Saga) is on the road looking to meet her estranged father but her only clue to his whereabouts is a letter from a rural community called Massey. Once she arrives in town, Summer is rescued from a run-in with the law by a charming local handyman named Tom. The couple quickly hit it off and head back to the house Tom shares with his mother. Summer soon realises that this is no ordinary family and when she tries to leave she is knocked unconscious by the demented couple. She wakes to find herself bound with chains inside a box filled with dirt. Surrounded by lush plants, grow lights, human skulls and a girl on the verge of death, Summer is the latest flower in Toms Human Garden. Knowing that she must gain Toms trust if she hopes to escape, Summer allows herself to get close to the troubled young man and his twisted family…but will she become one of them to survive?
Yeah it looks pretty good does,nt seem as gory as some of the other films out now
which is good for me cos im not really a horror fan, but i love ashley greene shes a gr8 role model cant wait to see this film and cant wait to see New Moon so for me its a bonas ashley greene moment.
All the best to her in the future…… but lets not forget shes in a film with the lovly kellan lutz also its called warrior so i wana see that too. Yeaheee
i love this film! it is not as gory as i thought it would be, but it has you on the edge of your seat until the very end. Love the twilight saga and couldn’t wait to see Greene in this movie. i also can’t wait to see her in warrior, it looks amazing. Let’s hope ashley greene will be a role model to actually look up to, unlike the druggies and footballers who you always here of fighting and drink driving.
