There are a lot of horror related TV shows currently on the air, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, True Blood, and Dexter, just to name a few. For the geekier side of horror fans there is Dollhouse, Smallville or Heroes, so I’m not sure if many of us have time to make room for another show.

However, with the awesome reboot of Battlestar Galactica, it is hard to ignore the new incarnation of V premiering on ABC Tuesday, November 3rd. It is impossible to imagine that V will be anywhere as good as Battlestar, but even if it is as half as good, then it will probably be worth watching. The best part is it starts at 8pm, making it the perfect lead-in to Melrose Place on the CW.

For fans new to V you can visit the official website or obviously check out the Wikipedia page for info on the original miniseries, that starred Robert Englund in one of his best roles ever. The original V is also available on Netflix or for cheap purchase on Amazon. If you have never seen it, I do recommend checking it out.
