very disappointed…it would of been better with the orignal freddy krueger. Loved all the nightmares…this one, not so much…the voice is horrible and the face was odd…at least they could of done the same makeup job

maybe instead of callin it nightmare on elm street they shulda called it “The Killer Shell-less Turtle”

you know…i’ve been watching the fred krueger series since i was a young tike and every time i see a remake it has it’s ups and downs…just like every other remake. All i’m sayin is that until i watch the movie…then my opinion will count. As for all of you true fans this will see this movie and then your opinions will count too. Let’s see whats produced and then we’ll all gather round the table and make these comments stick. word.

They should have made Freddy look more evil looking, but they made him look like a Dr. Seuss character instead.

I only complain about not getting a shot at the Freddy role myself. I\’ve read the script and it has a twist that should please the fans of the original series. He\’s more dark in this than his other appearances and Springwood has no barriers to him. Just watch and you\’ll see. To be bent out of shape over a remake is just silly; as long as people are willing to watch they\’ll make them. So long as we all breathe no one will agree on the same things. It\’s human nature.

straight garbage so far! hella disapointed n yeah i watched the chris johnson trailer 2 had me hyped up till i watched this abomination hopefully it just doesnt do the actuall movie justice at all

What a joke!!! the make-up looks like crap!!! the voice sucks, the way they make freddy seem like a victim is pathetic. How come i keep stumbling upon trailers for a nightmare on elm street movie with some guy named chris johnson playing freddy? that version seems so much better. atleast he looks like freddy instead of a damn turtle
