Lee Perkins sent us an E-mail to let us know that Anchor Bay is releasing Edges of Darkness on DVD Sept. 22nd, 2009. The post-apocalyptic, zombie flick tells the tales of three groups of survivors held up in an apartment complex: A vampire couple kidnaps a young girl when there food supply starts to dwindle, an obsessed horror writer is stuck with his neglected wife Dana, and a survival nut, Heather, rescues a young mother and her son from a horde of zombies, only to find herself in a real life Servants of Twilight situation.

Perkins other film, Live Evil starring Tim Thomerson, Mark Hengst, Ken Foree, and Tiffany Shepis is getting a limited theatrical release on 300 screens followed by a DVD release on November 3rd, 2009. Check out Monogram Releasing for more info.
