2009 has been one crappy year for horror films. It has been nothing but bad remakes and awful PG-13 ghost flicks all year. The best movies I have seen in 2009 far are Dead Snow and End of the Line — two foreign films! So hopefully America’s answer to Shaun of the Dead — Zombieland — will not be a waste of my time.

People keep saying it has a great cast, but I think it is more of an “interesting” cast than “great.” Their is a zombie Bill Murray, Woody Harrelson as a zombie slayer, and a few hot chicks, Emma Stone, Amber Heard, Mila Kunis, and Abigail Breslin (just kidding she it like 10-years-old!)

Synopsis:

Zombieland focuses on two men who have found a way to survive a world overrun by zombies. Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) is a big wuss – but when you’re afraid of being eaten by zombies, fear can keep you alive. Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) is an AK-totin’, zombie-slayin’ badass whose single determination is to get the last Twinkie on earth. As they join forces with Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin), who have also found unique ways to survive the zombie mayhem, they will have to determine which is worse: relying on each other or succumbing to the zombies.
