Back in April we published a trailer for a movie called, The Zombie Christ (see below), but the information we gave about the film was incorrect. Assistant director Ashley Ross pointed out to me, that although the trailer was for the right film, I published the synopsis and official website for another film with a similar name, Zombie Christ. They’re not the same movie; Zombie Christ is a ” half an hour short” — that has already been released –and THE Zombie Christ is longer feature length film. So below is the correct information and trailer for Bryan-Bartoski’s THE Zombie Christ. Got it?

Synopsis

The year is…”80′s future”. The world is in shambles. A bitter and desolate place. The zombie apocalypse has been devouring the world for nearly 7 years. Now, the powers that be think the suffering should end – so the ultimate weapon is sent to earth. The Zombie Christ.

Those that fight alongside him have become his apostles, and together – they attempt to rid the world of zombies. But who believes, and who is along for the ride? Each with their own destinies, the Zombie Christ guides them across the godforsaken land as he walks directly towards his own.
