No Joss means it wouldn't even have the same Whedonesq feeling to the characters. After 7 years of the show and then add in the 5 years of Angel, you tend to love the characters you have become fans of. Why on this earth would anyone want to ruin something that has become a Pop Culture hit? This shows the pure stupidity and waste of time and energy on these hacks part. Not one single person I know that loved the show would even be remotely interested in this. When you reboot a movie, you don't change the entire character history, that is just assinine. Buffy without the Scoobies would be utter crap! Their is too much history to rewrite. Watching Sarah Michelle Gellar for 7 years playing the part of the angsty vampire slayer would ruin any and all fantasy that has been created. Without the entire cast back again, this idea would be a flop. I feel bad for any performer that signs on to this project. This is utter crap!
