Since we are already talking Alien remake, how about a Resident Evil Reboot? Well kind of!

From the creators Resident Evil franchise comes Pandorum, “a terrifying thriller in which two crew members wake up on an abandoned spacecraft with no idea who they are, how long they’ve been asleep, or what their mission is. The two soon discover they’re actually not alone — and the reality of their situation is more horrifying than they could have imagined.”

If you watch the trailer below, Pandorum, seems like an Alien meets Resident Evil type of film, and it also stars its own poor man’s version of Milla Jovovich — Antje Traue. I’m not saying this is a bad thing… I’m just saying when she shows up on the screen she reminds me a lot of Alice from the RE films

The movie also stars Ben Foster and Dennis Quaid and is set for a September 4, 2009 release.
