Here are two interesting horror films for pop culture lovers like myself; Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison of The Girls Next Door have made their own horror film titled, The Telling. Meanwhile Tara Reid has joined the new “psychological thriller” The Fields from Tom Mattera & Dave Mazzoni of The 4th Dimension. Its like a super melting pot of wonderful crap.

Phoebe (STEPHANIE SANBORN) tells of THE CRIMSON ECHO. When a once A level actress is reduced to doing a horror film in central Europe, she is propelled into a world she was not aware even existed. In PRANK CALL, Haley (JEAN-LOUISE O’SULLIVAN) tells the tale of three roommates who overhear a murder when they make a prank call. Soon they believe the killer is after them, and they don’t know who to trust. The tales are told. The votes are in. But has someone at the sorority taken the tales of murder to heart?

The Fields:

The Fields is a psychological thriller, based on true events that took place in a small Pennsylvania town in 1973. It tells the story of a young boy and his family who are terrorized by an unseen presence. It stars Tara Reid. Production begins in September, with a theatrical release expected in 2011.
