Hilary Swank who has appeared in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie, Sometimes They Come Back… Again, The Gift (Directed by Sam Raimi), The Core, The Reaping, and don’t forget The Next Karate Kid, had a small lump removed the other day.

Her manager Jason Weinberg told People magazine exclusively Swank had been “experiencing some discomfort and went to see her doctor, who prescribed an immediate course of action that included a brief hospitalization to remove a small, benign growth.”

He also said she is doing well and “there are no continuing health issues”.

Felicity Huffman was praying it was cancer because Swank gets all the good manly-women roles. Sorry Huff maybe next time!
