Fred Olen Ray is currently working on a film called Recoil, starring Luke Perry, I shit you not. However, in better Olen Ray news his best film; Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers is getting a 20th Anniversary Edition DVD release. The reason “special” may have been left out of the title, is because it doesn’t seem to have any special features, but the movie is not readily available on DVD anyway. You can pay up to $70 for it on Amazon, and it is not available on Netflix. So any DVD release is welcome.

Now you can get it for as cheap as $9.99 (just click the picture to the left to pre-order) and pray it is not just some cheap VHS transfer, even though I get the feeling it may be.

Also do not forget you can get free Fred Olen Ray DVDs, just by signing up to our message board and talking horror with other horror fans. Seriously it is that easy!
